Firm Profile Janet Nolan, President, established JS NOLAN + ASSOCIATES LIGHTING DESIGN, LLC in 1997. Since then, the firm has designed the lighting for a wide range of domestic and international projects which vary in size and complexity and include interior and exterior lighting and controls design as well as custom luminaire design. Our body of work encompasses corporate offices and headquarters, transportation facilities, libraries, universities, museums and art galleries, retirement and assisted living facilities, wineries, entertainment and sports facilities, urban developments, retail shops and shopping centers. The firm is recognized for our collaborative and client oriented approach to the design process. We strive to creatively and technically satisfy our client’s lighting requirements by providing design excellence and innovation, implementing the most advanced technologies, creating user-friendly and maintainable designs, being sensitive to image, and adhering to the project schedule and budget.
